Below you will find a contact form which allows you to make initial contact with the club for any query that you may have. Once you receive a response you will then be able to continue a normal email conversation with the relevant person and it is at this stage you can include any attachments you may wish to send.

Due to the high levels of participation in many of our walking grades and limits to our capacity to induct new members, we are sometimes closed for applications for membership. We regularly review our position on the matter. Check our How to join page for the current status on new member applications.
When we are open again for applications, you will find further information on the How to join page about our introductory hikes, including dates for the next one, and how to apply or get further information.
Full or Associate members
There is a contact form for members in the members-only section of the website. If you are having a difficulty accessing the website you should contact the webmaster using the form below, but only after you have followed the guidelines which you will find in Help logging in and/or in Changing your password . Having done this, and if you still have problems, you should include in your message the details of which step in the process is problematic.
Information about hill-walking events
From time to time we are approached with a request that we circulate our members with notices of hill-walking holidays or other events. If we consider that the information would be of general interest to our members we may be willing to draw it to their attention on the Members Notice Board on our website. To do this your message should contain:
a short [4/5 line] summary of what’s on offer
a link to a page on a website which gives further information [the best option] or a link to an email address.
Note: We are unable to meet any request to forward an email with or without an attachment.
All general enquiries and requests should go, in the instance, to the club Secretary. You may contact the secretary for any matter not covered above. The secretary will forward the message to the most appropriate person to provide you with a response.
