The Dublin Simon Community would like invite you and the members of The Irish Ramblers Club to take part in our Camino Walk from May 17th – 24th 2016.

As you are no doubt aware, the homeless crisis in Dublin and across Ireland has drastically worsened, and there are now over 3,900 people experiencing homelessness in our city. From outreach, supported housing, recovery and treatment, to prevention, independent living, education and employability services, each day we make a life changing difference. For vulnerable people who are living without a home or at risk of becoming homeless, with your support we will be there to help them up.

We are asking you to join clients, staff, and supporters of Dublin Simon Community on our journey through the Camino de Santiago. Taking in the second stage of the Camino (The French Way), we will pass through the famous Rioja wine region of Spain and experience all that the area has to offer.

Please take a look at the link below for some information about the trip. Even if you yourself are not interested, please consider passing the information on to someone who may be.
